It’s a hot topic at the moment and something that was identified at last months NHS Expo. We focussed on this in our blog ‘How do you Design a New Care Model?’ whereby Helen Bevan (Chief Transformation Officer, NHS) focussed on how effective care systems need to extend to other parts of the community (such as housing) and how the NHS is adopting new design principles to develop effective care systems within the 5 Year Forward View.
